• How to change your fears and unhealthy beliefs to healthy ones
• How to create your personal labor and birthing imagery
• How to use self-hypnosis, meditation, sound, aroma, and therapeutic touch
• How to prevent Postpartum Depression
• Fathers – you will learn how to take care of yourself and your partner during labor, and how to create a nourishing environment for pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum
• Techniques for enhancing your relationship together
• Special transition technique that works like a charm
